Joker sets: 1x240, 1x250, 1x260 - All felt very easy

First Set Last: 3x5x175

Lying Leg Curl - 3x10x90

Lower back & Abs - 3 rotations
10 x weighted hypers w/ 25
10 x weighted decline sit up
10 x hanging leg raises

Squats are coming along great. The Joker sets I've been doing recently have given me a lot of confidence in how I can push more at lower reps. This week I'm working out 4 days during the week (Mon - Bench, Tue-Squat, Thurs - Press, Fri- Dead). I was doing 3 days a week for awhile but my body feels good and I want it.

Felt like doing arms today so:

BB Curls: 3x6x75
Overhead Tricep Extension: 3x8x45

No PR today on the press work. I felt fine, might've been able to fight for a 9th rep at 120 to get a PR but elbow felt a little funny and my form was breaking down hard. The reps on the press were pretty strict, no leg drive and was lowering bar to touch the top of my chest.

I've been eating less as I'm trying to stay around low 170's before I go into my first competition. I've planned it out over the last 2 months and slowly dropped calories 100-200 per week for a month so I'm down to roughly 2600-2800/day right now. Weight went down a few lbs so nothing major and I've set PR's or tied my best (like today) consistently so I feel like I am not losing strength.

If my approach here has flaws please let me know!
