Same as some above, If I'm too tired, but its still one of my scheduled training days, I'll still train regardless, but just go lighter to avoid injury. I figure some sort of activity, even while fatigued, is better than no activity at all.

It happens to me all of the time. Working 10-12 hours a day and going to the gym right afterwards is tough at times. I get through it though by getting my carb (Karbolyn) levels up prior to hitting the gym. I also supplement with creatine 30 minutes prior to the workout. Once I get started, I'm in the zone. Don't let the fatigue slow you down. Just make a few adjustments. One other suggestion is working one major body part a day...I spend 45 minutes in the weight room and 25-30 minutes on the bike.
