Default

Chicken, Sweet Potato, Oats, Whole Milk

My favorite homemade gainer shake:

2 cups of milk
1-2 TBSP of PB or Almond Butter
3/4 Cup of Oat
1 TBSP of Honey
1/2 cup of egg whites

Sometimes all add in Low Sugar Strawberry Jam, if it's made with PB.

True that. If you can't get enough calories you're just a lazy eater. I am not.

Back in the day (early 80s) when I was bulking & juicing while mining - I would pack my lunch bucket with PB, banana and karo syrup sandwiches. Giddy up.

Trivia: the old miners used to call their lunch buckets "pie cans". Anyone want to venture a guess why?
