Seated KB snatch (cardio)
This can probably also be performed safely with a straight leg, if required.
Give it a try or use it to adapt another exercise in a similar fashion, if you are getting around a leg injury of some sort.

I strained my hamstring maxing out on the deadlift about 3 days ago. Kettlebell swings and snatches are out for a for a few weeks since this places a balistic stretch on your hamstrings. So, I switched to a seated snatch until this thing heals. This way I can still get some snatch work in and let this heal at the same time.
