Indeed, squats were speedy, but at the same time looked to heavy for this particular day. It seemed like you were having issues staying tight, despite feeling tight all over haha.

Like you said, tho, still a big win to get back into it, and squats are always therapeutic!

"405" felt extra heavy today. Used different sized 45's as the 4th plate on each side. They are smaller, but much thicker. Weighed them, they were a little over 50 pounds each. Made sense after.

Was definitely not recovered from Saturday's deadlift session. Went a little too crazy.
