Nope, Fishermen we are not! Bro has a boat tho and we usually get to go tubing if weather is good enough. There is also a water slide park about 30 minutes away at a resort town we can utilize. There are 2 swimming pools as well at the resort the cabin is located at.

MILITARY PRESS DAY

I was feeling the love of iron today. I knew I had my 15 reps when 155 single feelt lighter than 150 single last week. Nice to dow eighted Chins for the first time and also get 1 more rep than last week. Incline Bench also progressed 5 lbs. Arnies were a bonus for having aa good day. face Pulls felt greata and up 10 lbs there. ! minute Hammers were for the pump and burn and never let me down!
