For me taste isn't too important, I mean who cares wht it tastes like if it works...but I know that's not popular opinion so; it tastes great (fruit fusion), I found it better tasting than Xtend and Recoup.
I chose to use this as a pre-workout while deciding to give my body a break from the slew of supps I was taking: pre-workout powders, creatine, fat burners... ect. In this context of use I found it surprisingly suitable and effective. Decent energy without a crash, drop in soreness, no huge strength loses and also surprisingly: a decent pump, not amazing like actual pre workouts but not terrible.
For you stimulant junkies this isn't going to push you back in your seat but remember our bodies weren't meant to be on supps for long periods of time. So again, I thought this was a great, healthy alternative to a pre-workout while giving myself a break and for only $17!! ( netition.com ) How can you lose?
