They are missing probably the best chest movement they could do. Bench has become king, but IMO, it is not the pinnacle move it has become.

ive done dips as part of my routines GL. causes a LOT of shoulder pain for me. he is speaking with a background of injuries and such. so im not surprised he doenst mention dips. he doesnt say not to do them, but its jsut not his preference.

im currently using his mountain dog legs. and i can tell you that i feel soreness and stiffness from the day i do legs until the day i do legs again. i can def respect someone writing from a personal experience point of view a lot better than someone throwing out theories and all as well. there's a lot bout meadows im coming to repsect and like.

just my two cents tho.
