My favorite whey was MRIs Pro-Nos Roayal Dutch Chocolate...so damn good with milk or water.. If the profile was a little bit leaner I'd still be using it. For now, I'm sticking with ON and ATW as a backup..

Sometime this year, I'm going to make a custom blend at True Protein...
i enjoy pro-nos as well. actually, awhile back, i purchased 3 tubs of vanilla. i've been mixing one scoop of it with just about every other protein i have. pro-nos really makes other proteins taste good. TF almost always has it for 19.99. it's usually near expiration, though. so, where have you been getting your ATW?

Well I have 4 scoops total during the day (7 am until 1 pm) with coffee. I just use black coffee with whey and water. That's my morning "bodybuilding" meals.

At 1 pm I have whey with water. I then workout about 2-3.

I save all my solid foods for PWO. I know this isn't conventional, but after 20+ years of eating like a bodybuilder, I simply don't care for eating during the day anymore.

i'm of the opinion, meal timing only matters post workout. as long as you're hitting your calorie goal, you should be good.

I've been experimenting with this eating style for about 18 months now. As long as I get my protein in during the day I hold muscle while cutting. I can't say that it would work for others, but right now it's helping me.
