Nice read man - I used to be a fat kid too. Right now I'm actually considering strongman style training and wanted to ask you a few questions. Problem is I'm currently a collegian so I flip back and forth between 2 places... plus as of current I'm broke as ****. I'll be able to afford a general purpose training gym over the summer, and hopefully I'll have enough money to spare by then to locate a good gym up at college. What I was wondering was what lifting do you recommend for maximal carry over? If you want to take a look at my current split, it's a push/pull/squat and it's in my log here http://muscleandbrawn.com/forums/tra...html#post51298.

Haha sure man, I just was flipping through the log pages instead of proof reading my essay (which really needs to be rewritten).

Violence. It may not be the answer, But it sure cuts down on the questions!
