Catching up my log a little.. Been busy at work again.. Workouts have been pretty good, but not as good as I like... Work is draining me a bit. Hopefully it will calm down some or I'll have to do a Cruise week on my workout soon.

This last week I've been beating each workout before, but feeling rushed and short on time. I need to look over the last few weeks and adjust some stuff. Need to get my diet and sleep back in check.

It works great and always have. If I'm not doing a pure powerlifting routine. I'm doing some sort of DC Training.

Been taking it easy this last week. Work got busy and wife is a little sick... Hopefully all will calm down in a few days. Planning to start back up start of next week,. Switching from morning shift to evening shift. So I will have a pretty normal sleeping pattern. Last time I was on this shift. I hit my Life Time PR's... I think it's time to beat those.....
