Hello from Slovakia
Some info about me:
I am 18 and living in Slovakia, near Banská Bystrica. I started lifting about 10 months ago, I was tired of being weak and skinny . I was following 4 day upper/lower split, focusing on compound movements. I started weighing 75 kgs and today I weigh about 78-79 kgs.
Bench - 65 kg x 2 - I started doing bench only recently, because of no spotter, but now I have bench with safety pins, in the new gym.
Squat - 100 kg x 5
Deadlift - 115 kg x 1
I had a pause for about 5 weeks and come back to gym yesterday. So I'm looking for a new routine, preferably 4 day/week.
My goals are muscle/power gains but also functional strength, because I will probabbly start sanda (chinese combat sport) in about two months.
