Thanks, Hy! That rep work on squats, for me, is pretty brutal. It doesn't bother me on my other lifts, but I think I am going to look for an alternative to the rep work. The NOxygen does help with that a lot, though. I don't think I could complete those sets without it.

6/28/14- I was running on very little sleep earlier in the week and felt a little over-trained after squat day, so I took a couple of extra days off. Going in today I had to combine two training sessions to get caught up. NOxygen was a lifesaver! I took a pwo and with big dose of NOxygen and was ready to tear the gym down when I got there.

Bench press
bar x 20
135 x 20
185 x 15
205 x 5
255 x 5
275 x 10
275 x 2- I wanted to get 12 on my first set of 275, but didn't think I had another one in me after ten, so I put it down, rested 30-45 seconds, and knocked out 2 more reps.
225 x 15

deadlifts
135 x 10
185 x 10
225 x 5
245 x 5
255 x 5
295 x 5
315 x 5

one arm deadlift
315 x 0, 0, 0, 0- Just couldn't get it balanced to save my life.

Pendlay rows
225 for 5 sets of 5

sldl or rdl- I'm not sure which one. I was having trouble controlling the bar when doing good mornings (even with only 95lbs on the bar), so I replaced them with these. They were probably more like rdl's because I bent my knees. I basically just did a good morning with the bar in my hands.
3 sets of 8

one arm dl- I had to give it a try again (I was feeling extra saucy today, lol)
315 x 0, 0, 0- finally got it balanced on the third one, but just barely missed getting it locked out.

one arm barbell rows- Just to see if I could. They were more like one arm Pendlay rows, tbh.
135 x 5 on each side

Ok, that was it. I'm done. Stick a fork in me. I am thankful I had NOxygen to help me through this one.
