Combo Day 2.0 10/20/Life Test Group
Want to try something different this offseason? I've been experimenting with a 3 day per week, combo day plan that will last 10 weeks.
Day 1: Squat/bench/Deadlift
Day 2: Bench assistance
Day 3: Squat/Dead assistance
Details: 1x per week for 10 weeks email check-in and video critique/ review. NOT unlimited consults. $100.
I've been testing this for a bit myself and ran through a few lifters for their offseason with GREAT results ie Jonathan Byrd and Jason Kowalewski used this as their offseason work, and rolled into precontest, WELL prepared for the final 10 weeks. Meet results were great with a combined 17/18 and PR's on every lift.
Great way to switch up training in the offseason to break up the same 'ole crap and put some work in, especially if you're short on time and need a change of pace.
Best meet lifts: 1040squat, 705 bench, 730 deadlift
Best total: 1040-680-730=2450
