Default Looking at Chapter 9 Pre-Contest Training

I'm working to prepare myself for my first PL meet in Sept. and figured I bought this ebook so why not put it to use and see where it takes me. My only issue is I do not have bands or chains available to use. At this time I canít see me investing in them and the way my gym is set-up bands would not work very well since there are no power racks there.
So my question is do I just do what I can without them? Looks like they are used in weeks 4,5,7 and 8 which is quite a bit and I can definitely see how they would be useful but just not going to work for me this go around.

We were taking about this today actually. There is an answer to a similar question on his Q&A on YouTube. The best way to go about it with no band, and assuming no chains either, is to just add an additional work set. Make a small jump to a number between what would have been the last set and the band set.
