Default Introduction

Found the forum after stumbling onto Steve's youtube channel end enjoying the videos a lot. I appreciate the no-nonsense approach/advice/answers he provides.

I'm 42, interested in gaining strength, building muscle and doing so injury free. Three years ago I weighed 260. Dieted down to 160 and have been working out consistently during those 3 years. After leaning out, I've done several bulk/cut cycles and now sit between 175-180. Currently trimming the fat from a winter bulk up to 190 where I saw some nice strength gains.
