I'll stick to my mostly paleo diet and eating foods only in their most natural state - and my body has responded very well, and that included plenty of red meat.

Agree. Have seen other articles/studies stating same...

It's more so what you do with food (exercise) as well as what else you eat with some foods (e.g. omega6 vs. omega3 ratios) than the actual food....

In the past, I've been 4% BF eating McDonald's 2-3 per day for 2.5 years (worked there) and had excellent blood results.... I was lifting 6 days/week, running 3-4 days/week, walking several miles to and from work, working n my feet 8+ hours per day, etc...
