Well as I told some I had to travel the entire week before the meet for work WHILE I was cutting weight lol. The one good thing is all my meetings were well stocked with water. For the most part I kept my carbs very low only made difficult with breakfast where our meeting planner thought all we needed was pastries and other carb loaded goodies. Did find some peanut butter and coffee so good enough. By Wednesday I was 321 fully hydrated with 3 meals in. They had a sauna so I sat in there for the afternoon and was able to easily get to 317 by the time I left Thursday. Stopped water at noon and nothing to eat or drink until weighins Friday morning. Sat in the sauna Thursday night with JP and hit 308 in about an hour

Friday at 8:45am I weighed in my shorts at 308. Started pedialyte and water. After a few minutes got some donuts in. Continued with donuts, pbj sandwiches and pizza for the remainder of the day and got another pedialyte and 2 gallons of water in.

Woke up today after a good sleep and felt pretty good. No aches or pains after a week off. Running the meet along with competing was made easier by splitting it with JP but still a little stressful. Huge thanks for all those that came down to support our efforts. We definitely appreciate it.

Pre meet supplements were 2 scoops of C4 along with bcaas and Gluta blast to sip on

Foam rolled and got started with squat warmups:
145x8
235x6
325x4
415x2
505
Add belt and 2.5m felonies
595
685

Attempts:
745 felt like I got a little forward but video shows it was fast
775 felt great with no issues
815 5lb PR. I'll take it considering I've dropped 55lbs or so. Felt like I left 15-20lbs in the tank

Things were moving fast so I didn't have a lot of down time. But I like it that way. Feels more like training.

Got a PB sandwich in me along with a banana and a Monster. Skittles between attempts. Those are PRs in a bag

Bench warmups:
135x10
225x8
315x3
405
Mistimed a little so
405

Attempts:
455 came up nice and fast
480 18lb pr. Misgrooved a little but still fast and recovered easy
505 miss. Looking at the video I flattened out and tried to push straight. This will go soon

Foam rolled again along with another PB sandwich and another monster

Deadlift warmups:
225x8
315x3
405x2
495
Add belt
585
675 felt a little slow

Attempts:
730 felt good
770 slower but still snappy
800 stalled at the knees. Back was shot by then. I'll be back for this one

Ended 1st in the 308s with a 2065lb total for a 32lb PR. Really can't complain. I know I left some on the platform and 2100 is next.

Awesome Bro! You got that 3rd deadlift next time man, you broke it off the floor with ease. Or at least you made it look easy. Great job, great total, way to go. You gonna try to get to the LA Fit Expo again in 2015? I have my sights set on that meet again.
