Thanks, I always try to keep it up and hard

11.05.2014
Wide Grip Rack Pulls (knee height)
10x2 225/225/245/245/255/255/265/265/275

DB Rows
5x5 80lbs

Pull-ups
5x5 BW/Band/Band/Band/Band

Cable Rows (straight back)
4x8 150/155/160/165

Med Ball Slams (using triple extension like a Snatch)
4x8 6kg Ball

Pull-ups destroyed me, I hate that shit. Shoulders were wacked.
I need to strengthen my shoulders.

Used straps on all exercises (except for the pull-ups) so I could overload/focus on my back.

OHP
10x2 95/105/115/115/115/125/125/130/130/135 rep PR @ 135

BTN Press
5x5 95/105/105/100/95 Left shoulder was stronger than the right

Upright Rows
5x5 65/75/95/75/80 Huge imbalance left/right traps/shoulder, will film next time

Face Pulls (one arm)
4x8 30/30/45/60

Overhead Lateral Raise
4x8 10/15/10/10

Never had this great of a shoulder workout.
Those one-arm face pulls hit my rhomboids and all that shit.. never had this pump/stretch before
The overhead lat raise were direct rotator cuff killers.

Just with this session I feel stronger and my posture is even better than when I bench!

BTN Press
5x5 95/100/105/100/95

DB Arnold Press
4x8 35/35/30/30

KB Bottom-up Press
4x8 Yellow KB/YKB/YKB/Red -- ~20 to 35lbs

BB Strict Curls
3x10 45/55/65

Triceps OH Rope Extension
3x10 55/45/35

Tried doing DB Cuban Presses but my Rotator Cuffs were just shot after the Arnold Presses.
Not really a fan of the KB B-U Press.. simply because the KB at the gym are shit..
I'll probably just do Dips.

"Hybrid" Squats
6x1 255/275/285/295/305/315
1x1 335 (PR attempt, failed)
1x1 315 (switched to Chucks, failed)

Oly Squats
5x5 185/195/205/215/225

Front Squats
5x5 185/165/155/155/135

Filmed at least one set of each, so video coming soon.

PR attempt failed after getting out of the hole, so I'm thinking quads are weak. And the failed 315 with Chucks was just due to being burnt out (10-11 RPE lol).

Did all the work with oly shoes, felt better than last time I tried them for wide+heavy squats. Mind you it wasn't my usual wide stance, but it felt strong(er?).

Thanks y'all for the support, helps getting through the failures, not that I take them seriously since I know I'm overreaching.. but I like to film failures to know breaking points so I can correct them.

Also I tweaked my schedule a bit just to have dedicated squat/deadlift sessions since they take a lot out of me and they last way too long to do accessory. So I'm dedicating an accessory/bodybuilding day for legs/back/chest/shoulders with more volume.. and so I can train 7 days a week if I feel like it.

Hey man, very good training split and you do a lot of volume! I have thought about doing the OHP with lower reps more sets and it seems to have worked nicely for you. Keep up with your lifts and it's great that you can have your sessions recorded.

Bench Press
6x1 205/215/225/235(PR)/225/235(wtf?)

Dips
5x5 45/35/25/BW/BW

DB Chest Press
5x5 60(x8)/55(x8)/50/55/60

Guillotine Press
4x8 135/135/115/115

BB Reverse Curls
4x8 55/65/55/45

10lbs PR on Bench Press within 15mins of the session? Was in disbelief.. had to recount the bar at least thrice, cuz shit went up so effortless!
So, as to my usual, I got greedy, went for 245lbs and failed half-way up lol.

Dips went well too, couldn't believe it so I strapped DBs on and did drop sets.
