Default Paleo

Been doing Paleo since January and it's been fantastic. Real hard to not eat bread all the time like I used to but the results are worth it. Every now and then I'll have some toast with my eggs and make sure that i still have high carb days every now and then...so I guess you could say I'm not 100% Paleo but I'm 90%. A lot of you probably already know, but for those who don't, Paleo consists of basically everything but grains, bread, and gluten. I can eat meat, fruit, veggies, nuts, and anything else that doesn't involve rice or bread, etc.

Cheers.

Sam

Anything that cuts out processed foods and adds micro-nutrient dense foods makes a big difference and works. If you really miss things then have them unless you are allergic to them. Without grains it's very hard to get enough calories to grow after a certain point.

Yea I feel so much more whole and better with clean eating. I make up for the bread loss with essential and healthy carbs from broccoli, bananas, apples, etc.

I have removed all processed foods and white poisons for the last 9 months and I feel great. The weight has been falling off without counting calories or restricting my diet, and my testosterone levels are climbing back up. I also sleep and poop better.

I wish I slept better with it. I struggle with insomnia, though.
