Overrated: Shrugs. I know a lot of people swear by them, but I can't get much out of them.
Also: I see people who can't deadlift much at all using massive poundages on them, which makes me think that for some trainers, it's primarily exercising the ego.
230 strict press @ 220; bodyweight+187 X 4 dips @ 180; 403 front squat @ 210; 10 000 push-ups.

Overrated: Squatting. It makes my butt look big when I drop it like it's hot.
Underrated: Underwater inverted double-entente, behind-the-back concentration curl... That was Arnold's secret weapon nobody knows about. It also helps to hit the lower back side of the bicipitoradial bursa so you get that truly WTF-LOL-YOLO pump that everybody is talking about.
