Hi so here is a vid of me doing 170kgx4 on the deadlift. Critique my form please.

Few things I would coach my boys to do.

1. keep your head up and chest out.
2. Cue? Stand up with the bar, don't bend up. I felt like you were using a bit to much lower back and very little leg drive.

Everyone's body works different. Think about having a strong back, no need to hyperextend your back.

What Bam said. Head up, chest up, stand up.

And...you are overarching just a little bit. Your lower and middle back should be tight. But, when you thrust your shoulders up and in like that, it takes just a tad out of position. Also, one more mental cue: pull in toward you body.

Thx for the input, I tried those cues on my warm up sets, but the weight felt heavier and I arched my middle back but rounded my lower back a bit. When I pull I think of remaining my back the same angle 'till the bar gets to the knees and then boom, hips to bar.
