Joint supps - your experiences?
Have you ever taken any supps for joint / connective tissue health, and actually found that they've helped in some way?
I see a number of folks around here take 'em. Is it just "insurance" (which is cool, and I understand that PoV) - in which case, do you rely on solid science, or maybe the words of someone you respect, for your reasoning there? - or again, have you benefited from genuine results?
Really curious about this family of products.
6'2", ~100kg (~220lbs). 40yo, training (with a few breaks) since my late 30s.
Squat 160kg (352.7lbs), Bench 112.5kg (248lbs), Deadlift 220kg (485lbs)
Strict Press 75kg (165.3lbs), Chinups +25kg (+55.1lbs)
