Huge numbers. I'm hell bent on getting my squat up to 530 my bench back up to 405 and my deadlift to 650. And that's still not enough.

A 600+ deadlift is a good goal to shoot for at my weight (250-ish). I recently did my first low block pulls triple at 475, and it felt crushingly heavy indeed!

As for heavy pressing, I would consider myself extremely strong if I ever get my bench at or close to 350. Doable for a rather heavy lifter. You saw heavier lifters clean and press 250+ back in the forties!

A 600 pound deadlift at 250 is a quality achievement, especially for a natural.

1600 would be awesome for me.
I intend to stay in the 182 class though. The road will be long, but fun.
