When should I add suits?
Everyone that has followed me for a while knows that by IPF rules I have to go to equip. I was wondering after I squat 100%Raw 500 lbs should I just add the belt an knee wraps with out equip or add equip an do work with it 1 day out of the week?
This is the hard part for me . Any help/ advice I am willing to take to heart, Love MAB <3
