Was going to mix my custard DPOL with milk but didnt want to lose the flavor. Had Condense crisp apple with strawberry Powerade, mmmmmm.

Thanks!

Running out of DPOL and Condense, but I did win some more stuff from Purus on fb, so ill keep this loggoing a little longer to review it.

My struggle with the review is that my meal timing has been way off, and some days that really affects my energy. But this new job starts and finishes early, I eat regular and feel good, and most of all, Condense is the only pwo that hasnt upset my stomach. Tastes very good, and nothing has beat DPOL in that department.

Fri March 21st

Despite werking all weeks, I felt good. Was going to do 225 close grip as my main movement but decided to kick it up.


Took 2 scoops of crisp apple CONDENSE but still not experiencing a tingle or anything.

Oh! Got strawberry limeade AminoD, its gooood, been drinking either it or DPOL before work. Purus is cool!
