3/8/14 First squat session in a month. A month away from deadlifts didn't seem to hurt me much, but a month away from squats was a completely different story. It was almost as if I had forgotten how to squat. I didn't even have enough left to do my last set at 315, a weight that was a warmup just over a month ago. I will recover.
