Great sportsmanship. You can tell in the vid you handled the reds on the 3rd bench very well. Good man.

Interesting the head judge made that call.. From the angle of the video you posted I can't see much movement at all.

Judges make a call, there is no fighting over it. Just have to move on.

You I was lost when he told me that, but I just said thanks for judging and moved on. He must have saw something that I didnt and couldnt feel.

Looks like May 3 or May 31 I will give this another go. After talking with the team, we decided it would be best to just get back out there as soon as I could.

JB, water hydrates you. But, you need potassium, magnesium, sodium and calcium to maintain the hydration. Drinking plain water will act as a natural diuretic dehydrate you. E-Lyte has everything but the calcium. I drink a ton of milk the night before a meet.

I don't understand equipped lifting and all the associated intricacies, as I have never done it, but I do know your one helluva sport and class act JB. The sport and meets need lifters like you.
