Close Grip Pullover combo. I am not clear as to what it is combined with to create the combo.

I know its a basic movement, but I want check out a few things with my form.
So can you guys recomend a video of BB Rows?
Not sure I trust everything I see on youtube

Depends what sort of BB row you're meaning, and also what you want out of it. Or, why you're doing them in the first place, in other words.

Haven't tried that particular apparel yet, mind you...


edit: I do BB rows as a purely "bodybuilding" exercise. YMMV.

one of my all time fav combos.

i use a curl bar on the inside bumps. doing them same as a dumbbell pull over. laying on your back across the bench, let it stretch and pull back over. the close grip is just a press with the same bar and set up. you are doing them back and forth, same bar, same weight.

I do them this way as well, but there are tons of variations and 99% of which are great. It is one of those things that you have to find what you like and what works for you. I had to do them really strict because my upper back was weak, but everything else was strong enough to make up for it.

Side note.....wow what an ass!

thanks man, I will play around until I find what stuits me best, Im finding the a wide grip is most comfortable, but I'm not sure if this is optimal.
