I normally hit 4-8 per day. Easy, cheap, quick source of protein/fat. I have noticed a difference between organic, grass fed, etc than normal eggs.

when bulking in undergrad i ate 18 eggs a day with the yolk. cholesterol stayed in a good level, got my blood checked every 3 months

less than 50, according to cool hand luke

there's no issue eating quality whole eggs. they have more of some vitamins than a plate of veggies and the lecithin in the yolk offsets any cholesterol (which, is essential for testosterone production anyway)

You can't eat any eggs. I ate them all already.

Eggs are also the best source of leucine, period, which is required for optimal CNS function.
