Monday:
Squat Bar 1x5, 135lbs 1x5, 185lbs 1x5, 205lbs 1x5, 225lbs 3x5
Bench Press 115lbs 1x8, 125lbs 1x5, 135lbs 3x5
Bent Over Row 155lbs 1x5, 145lbs 1x5, 135lbs 3x8

Notes: The Bent Over Rows felt slightly heavy today so I just backed off a little. Only on 4 hours of sleep and didn't eat since 8am, lifted at 3:30pm. I don't plan to make that a regular schedule though so I should be fine next workout.

Nutrition: Lot of good food, primarily a moes double chicken burrito all the way with a side of guac for the chips.

mmm... burritos.... Good call on the rows. For me, BO rowing too heavy does more harm than good. Keep pushing for monster status!

Friday 2/21

Squat 225lbs 3x5
Bench 135lbs 5x5 (super controlled negatives)
Bent Over Row 135lbs 5x5

I dropped my bent over row weight and didn't progress because Monday I had strep throat and was running a fever, wednesday was a poop workout and so I dropped the weights a little to recover.

Monday
Squat 225lbs with a little bit of a pause 3x5
Deadlifts 225lbs 1x8, 280lbs 1x3
Bent Over Rows 135lbs 3x5
Shoulder Press 95lbs 5x5

Played basketball 25 minutes after getting out of the gym. Played from 6:15 to 9:30.

Wednesday
Squats 225lbs 3x5
Bench 135lbs 3x5
Bent Over Rows 135lbs 3x5

Basketball 5:30 until 9:10

Just so you guys know I'm not dead or anything. I am still lifting iron and still adding weight to the bar. I've been busy with ap classes and work these past few weeks so I haven't been able to update at all. Also, I just fully recovered from an ankle tear so everything should be good again. I'll start updating frequently over the summer!
