Just checking in brother. Ive been out of it for awhile with the shitty winter we are having. Congrats on your decision to lose a few pounds. I wish I could motivate myself to at least drop to a lower weight class. That Hepburn program looks pretty solid, good luck with it.

Gidday Kroy, Glad your back . Yeah the weight loss wasen't on purpose but thanks anyway, I just got tired of eating so much food. Yeah I like the Hepburn Program, its nice and easy to understand it and lets you do plenty of hard work.
