Training alone in Lawrenceburg, IN
My name is Micah Clare, I train by myself at Meador's gym in Lawrenceburg after doing some time with a west-side method powerlifting gym in Cincinnati.
Currently training Bill Starr 5x5 3 days a week, current raw lifts are
Deadlift w/belt 405x5
Squat w/belt 310x5
Weight is currently 230 @16% BF
Am training for a push-pull meet in Cincinnati in April, aiming to open with a 500 DL and 300 Bench.
