I think you could hit most of it if you specialized for a while with those goals in mind. On the other hand you are a powerlifter so why would you? =)

No chins and dips ... you are not even a contender ... it doesn't matter even if you are a 1000+ squatter ... disqualified ...

I personally think each of us are good / very good at a particular lift. It is a rare to find a person who is good at all lifts mentioned in criteria. I've seen vid of Tom platz doing some 23 reps ATG squat but I doubt he was same strong on bench or DL. Converting rep work to your maxes is more hypothetical (may be with accuracy in some cases). It is like comparing a marathon runner with 100m sprinter.
