Dumbell rows 110 for 8 and ohp 135 for 8. Still progressing on upper body but obviosly doing something wrong on lower. Time to hit the drawing board (still progressing on lower just not as consistant)

180 x 4 double over hand.

not the most i've had on the axle, but the most double over so far.
