Wednesday workout:

Squats: Bar 2x5, 135 1x5, 185 1x5, 215lbs 3x5
Deadlifts: 265lbs 1x5 (forgot to add on the 2.5lb plate to each side)
Shoulder Press: 105lbs 3x5, 1x3 (want to get 5x5)
Bent Over Row: 135lbs 5x5 (went down a little due to deadlifts taxing me pretty well)
Close Grip Bench: 95lbs x8, 105lbs x8, 115lbs x8, 135lbs x6
Preacher Curl machine: 105lbs x8, 100lbs x8, 100lbs x8

Friday Workout:
Squat 215lbs 3x5
Bench 125lbs 3x5 135lbs 2x5
Bent Over Row 150lbs 5x5
Tricep Push Downs 130lbs 3x8
Curl Machine Thingy 3x8 100lbs

Notes:
I slept 4 hours before doing this workout. Went to bed at 5:30am, woke up at 10:18am. Not even 4 hours I guess. But uhm...yeah. I just tried to push myself and my BoR's went up again. I even had someone monitor my form because I thought it was nuts that my BoR keeps going up and the guy was said to just breath through the movement a little more and I'm fine otherwise.

Monday:
Squat: 220lbs 3x5 (since I dropped the weight I am making sure I get really deep in my reps)
Deadlift: 135lbs 1x10, 185lbs 1x5, 225lbs 1x5, 270lbs 1x5
Bent Over Row: 135lbs 5x5 (great form on these )
Close Grip Bench: 95lbs 2x8, was too light. 105lbs 1x8, still too light. 115lbs 1x8, 125lbs 1x8
Curl Machine Thing: 95lbs 3x8

Wednesday Workout:
Bench Press: Bar x10, 95lbs 1x10, 125lbs 3x5, 135lbs 2x5
Bent Over Rows 115lbs 1x5, 135lbs 1x5, 145lbs 1x5, 155lbs 3x5
Squats 185lbs 3x8 (super deep squats with a hold at the bottom)

Cut this workout short since I had to run and take care of a few bills, but I did the essential parts (compound movements).

My nutrition and fitness are back on track, last week my nutrition was all over the place to be honest. I didn't gain any weight but certainly didn't drop any. This week I have logged everything though, so I'm doing alright again. I actually added a 15 minute cardio session to the end of my workout today. Overall, feeling good.

Does hunting squirrel count as cardio, cuz if so I did 3 hours of cardio.
