How much Caffeine is enough and Safe pre-workout.
Been taking Caffeine tablets pre-workout for energy.
They worked really well and gave me a huge boost the first week, but for some reason the effect has waned...
How much caffeine is enough for an energy boost pre-workout?
I know caffeine isn't great for you in large doses either so I want to get it right.
Each tablet is 50mg. The same as a teaspoon of coffee.
