Explosive Pendlay Rows
How I perform explosive Pendlay rows. I tell guys not to baby their rows, and to drive the elbows back.

Hell yeah! I love these, especially right after deads. People would be surprised at just how much weight they can handle on Pendlay rows if they stop worrying about making it pretty. Using a slightly wider grip absolutely nails the upper back.

K...so after watching that Vid I realize I baby my rows too much and keep my form too strict. Will work on being more explosive...looks like BtB even uses a little leg drive...not at all how I have been doing them.

I know my opinion doesn't really matter, but I have to agree 100%. Grip it and rip it.

I am not a powerlifter nor am I a bodybuilder. I just want to be big and strong.
