Catch up post - Been real busy!

Daily walking - 45 mins x 15 = 675 minutes
Shopping trip - 60 mins x 5 hours - 300
Basketball - 60 x 12 = 720, 90 x 3 = 270

Total - 1665

New total - 2640

Was finally able to hit some intervals tonight without my shins cramping up! Intervals were 1 minute jogging then 2 minutes fast walking. Completed double the number of intervals as before and never felt like my shins were going to knot up
