Felt like poop from being sick. Plus those front squats DESTROYED my core. A day off should do me well. Appetite still not back, I eat as much as I can though.

Strong working for being not 100% fit fen ... A day's rest will definitely do good if you have not recovered 100% from your last workout(s) ... Eat big, lift big and stay strong ...

Fry up some bacon, and if the aroma does not bring back your appetite instantly, then there is a problem.

Interesting to SS bench and pendlays. Push pull is tried and true tho. Really solid training Chris.
