Going to try to squat today. Ate as much as I could yesterday, which wasn't much. Drank lots of aminos too.

As much as I love doing what I want, I'm putting some programming together for the next 10 weeks.

Yep, body may surprise you with a strong day - I never really know until at least halfway thru ramp up sets.

You can still do what you want with a few dashes of conventional programming and wisdom. Basically, have a template but do not be afraid to change things up on the fly depending on how your body is feeling and reacting. However, you will crush anything you set your mind to.
