Default power abs

Hi guys!
Question, how do you train your abs for being strong? if you do work your abs at all.

Got good feedback on it. I'll post the link here.

I like decline sit ups with weight behind my head and weighted planks the most.
Seem to help best with rugby and my lifts.

Good feedback indeed! Today I did front squat after deadlifting heavy ass weight and I felt all kinds of vibrations, AL KIINDZZ

Ya I was front squatting for the first time in a while last Tuesday and I really felt it in my core!!
