Harder than expected!

This is part of a program designed to work up to one-arm pull ups, pistol squats, etc. Goal is owning 20 BW reps on all moves then adding weight up to one-half to two-thirds BW for 2-5 reps. Then evolving to negatives then true unilateral moves.

Will do a similar set up with different moves on Thursday.

They actually called me the monk when I was in grade school and I have done finger pull ups in the past...

Looks good, man. I'm doing DB rows tomorrow for the first time in a long time. How do you like them? My back needs a break from bent-over rows so I'm expecting good things from them.

Thanks.

I love DB rows...I'm not really a ROM-nazi, but the ROM on DB rows is why I like them. I like that you can easily shift primary contractile emphasis between rear delt, mid-trap and/or lats. Good MMI is good rowing!

heavy BB rows are good, too, but being able to support a heavy DB row does give the low back a break!

Comments
CG Chin ups are hands touching. Superman pulls are similar to roll outs and the SM flex is the opposing motion. Need to tweak the set up for hypers. Close squats are heels about 12 inches apart.
