Deadlift: 190kg (418.9lbs) x 3 [too shagged to do more sets]

1-Arm Suitcase Deadlift: 60kg (132.3lbs) x 8,8 [new thing - I like it!]

Javelin Press: 20kg (44.1lbs) x 8; 30kg (66.1lbs) x 2 [LOL! - not sure I'll try these again]

supersetted
A) Dip: 10kg (22lbs) [and a heavy chain!] x 12,10,10
B) Pullup: 7,6,6

DOH Barbell Hold: 100kg (220.5lbs) x 40s, 120kg (264.5lbs) x 25s, 140kg (308.6lbs) x 15s, 10s [new thing; not a good idea doing them on DL day - will move to Mondays]


Started today's session (and today in general) very fatigued. Lower back felt taxed before even lifting a thing, and the front delts were still sore from Monday. Triceps were a bit sore too. Not enough sleep by a long shot, is the main thing, over the last two nights. :/ Oh, and of course - naturally! - it was hotter than the sun's core, with no air con (as always).

A lot of work in here, Dray. A lot of new exercises too, I like how you experiment. I find I'm way too rigid with what I do sometimes, need to learn to experiment.

Thanks, Jio.

Sometimes I do that to see if a new lift will fit in with the regular programming, and sometimes it's also because I didn't get many reps or sets on a big lift or two, so more work looks like a good thing.

The core lifts, and where they are, stay exactly the same though, unless I have a *very* good reason to change those.

Good work

Never tried the Javelin Press before, I presume it would make you use more stabilizers & core compared to a dumbbell, what did you not like about it?
