235 x 8...9 months ago at my first PL meet, I set a new squat PR with 235....tonight, 235....4 sets of 8....

RDL's:
135 x 6
185 x 6

225 x 7...up 1 rep
225 x 7...up 1 rep
225 x 7...up 1 rep
225 x 7...up 1 rep

Leg Extentions:
50 x 10
75 x 20
75 x 20
75 x 20

Last week of the dreaded 8 reppers, I added a week to really kill myself, glad I did, but really glad they are over!
