Very unique program. Main lifts are worked heavy only once every other week, ramping in intensity towards a meet.

Base program is 3 days per week, but can we worked up to 5 days per week if you want to split accessory work.

Assistance work is hardcore. About 30 sets after squats and deads on posterior chain day, and 40 on bench day.

You'll need the recovery time if you do it 3 days a week.

The e-book is straightforward, as is the program.
