I found this forum awhile ago and I lurked around a bit to see if it was one of those "flame every comment" type of forums, I was glad to find that it wasn't. There are some truly helpful people on here and I enjoy that a great deal.
I have been lifting for some time, I am 48 years old and I lift simply - because I like to lift.
I work mostly on compound type stuff - squat, bench and dead. I have recently started going heavy and seeing how my body reacts, so far so good...
