This is also convenient since I cant always eat a lot of meals, this feels more like a drink, so it sits better in my belly, and I seem to process it well.

Again, great advice. The hemp protein didn't even cross my mind.

well I roughly worked out the protein in that lot to about 175 grames at the low end but that was counted as the eggs were all whole, I would use whole eggs. so to boost that up I would add more whole eggs or whites if you can afford to waste food or a couple of shakes or chicken and turkey breast to a couple of the smaller meals, just throwing that out there for you.
