This is my official entry for the moderate group.
BW = 110kg
Weight = 55kg (50%)
Reps = 20
A little disappointed with 20 reps. I had 22 in my head but the last rep was a real shaker.

I will make a 1 RM next session. But i'm pretty close to OHP 100% my bodyweight.
This is me doing 3x5 at 60 kg.
