Thanks Al, same to you.

24/12/13 - Dead, Bench & Squat

Dead w/Belt
190kg x 3
200kg x 3
215kg x 3 +5kg PB (I think)
200kg x 3 x 2

Wide Bench (ROR)
105kg x 4
112.5kg x 4
120kg x 4
110kg x 4 x 3

Front Squats
110kg x 5
120kg x 5
125kg x 5
115kg x 5

Christmas Curlathon
Reverse Axle
Bar+22.5kg x 13..11..9..9..8

EZ
Bar+20kg x 20..18..15..23..20

Good day overall, especially considering it was pulled a day early due to xmas. My deads still feel a little off form wise but it's nothing major, just need to stop letting bar get forward especially after the first rep.

Left arm/shoulder tight so bench was a little rough but numbers still decent with new tech.

Fronts were brutal, maybe pushed a little too high with that top set as legs dead from previous squatting.

With 2 days rest and eating to come we had a curl off, taking sets in turns with minimal rest.

28/12/13 - Dead, Bench & Dead

2ct. Pause Dead
150kg x 5
137.5kg x 5

Military
65kg x 5
70kg x 5
75kg x 5
70kg x 5

SLDL
155kg x 5
162.5kg x 5
150kg x 5

Axle Reverse Curl
Bar+20kg x 16..12..9..9..8

Early fasted session, just couldn't handle that today especially at the end of a relatively high stress week. Meant both deadlift slots were tough and way down on planned, still got some work in though.

Military felt good and strong.

Cheers, that's the plan, just need to figure the goals.

30/12/13 - Squat, Bench & Bench

Squat w/Belt
155kg x 4
165kg x 4
175kg x 4
165kg x 4

Comp. Bench
100kg x 4
107.5kg x 4
115kg x 4
110kg x 4 x 2

2ct. Paused Bench
100kg x 3
107.5kg x 3
115kg x 3
110kg x 3

Chins Throughout bench sets
BW x 5 x 5

Squats fairly easy, just form feeling a little off. Bench ok, comp was fast and top set a little low but some decent volume overall.

01/01/14 - Dead, Bench & Squat

Dead w/Belt
185kg x 4
192.5kg x 4
202.5kg x 4
192.5kg x 4

Wide Bench (ROR)
115kg x 2
122.5kg x 2
127.5kg x 2
120kg x 2

303 Tempo Squat
100kg x 6
107.5kg x 7 (Miscount)
117.5kg x 6
112.5kg x 6

Rough day, just wanted to get in and out. Hips/hams/lower back are feeling tight and I'm struggling to get down in a decent position to pull, probably hindered by my christmas belly too. Need to sort pull out in the next few weeks.

Shoulders were clunky so lowered bench weight slightly, they look fast but felt rough.

Squats were squatty.
